All New Fortnite Exotic Items and Heisted Weapons Leaked in v23.40 (Chapter 4 Season 1)

Epic Games have introduced a number of new exotic weapons in today’s v23.40 update.

Back in Chapter 2 season 6, Epic Games released their first-ever batch of Exotic items. Exotic items are upgraded versions of current items available in the game.

The only difference is the exotic items will have unique attributes that’ll give them an edge over a legendary version of the same weapon or item.

We haven’t seen any new exotics in Fortnite Battle Royale for some time. However, that’s about to change with today’s v23.40 patch update.

Data miners have leaked five exotic items from today’s update. Here’s a look at each and its unique attribute.

Galaxy Knight Axion Sentinel Fortnite Level Up Skin Quest Pack Leaked

A new Fortnite level up pack has been leaked by data miners. The latest pack contains the Axion Sentinel “Galaxy Knight” skin and matching cosmetics.

Epic Games release new cosmetics in the item shop on a regular basis. They’re either available to purchase with V-Bucks or with real money.

Each season, there are several bundles or packs that are available to purchase. One of those packs is the Level Up Quest Pack.

These packs can be purchased from V-Bucks from the item shop but are only available for a limited time. When purchasing these level up quest packs, you’ll unlock the skin straight away.

However, in order to unlock the other cosmetics, you need to collect the level up tokens that are found throughout the Fortnite map.

Prior to today’s v23.40 patch update, data miners stated that a new Fortnite level up quest pack will be added to the files and made available to purchase.

A Galaxy Knight Axion Sentinel skin level up quest pack has now been leaked. Here’s a look at all of the cosmetics in the pack.

Epic Games release skin concepts in their skin survey to get an idea of what skins the Fortnite community would be willing to purchase.

Fortnite 23.40 Update Today 3.81 Patch Notes, Server Downtime, File Size – February 14th 2023

Epic Games have announced a new Fortnite patch update today, v23.40. Here’s everything you need to know about the 3.81 release including early patch notes, the server downtime time, and more.

It’s been two weeks since the last major Fortnite update. The last patch, 23.30, introduced yet another collaboration with bost Son Gohan and Piccolo making their way onto the Fortnite Island.

Five new Reality Augments were also added to the game including Icy Slide, an augment that gives players a speedy boost while sliding.

Apart from the above, the only other major change we had was the weekly quests. In previous seasons of Fortnite, weekly quests would not expire.

However, Epic Games decided to change that with the launch of Chapter 4 Season 1 with the weekly quests expiring when the new set of quests was unlocked.

This was changed with weekly quests no longer expiring. That means players can now complete a set of weekly quests at any time until the end of the current season.

Content has been fairly dry for the past week with the only change coming on Tuesday with the Slurp Juice making its way out of the vault.

Thankfully, Epic Games have announced a new Fortnite update for today, 23.40. Here’s all the information you need to know heading into the latest patch from the time the servers will go down for scheduled maintenance to the early patch notes.

Fortnite Servers Downtime – Are the Servers Down on February 14th, 2023?

A new Fortnite update means the servers going down for scheduled maintenance for a couple of hours in order to apply the new patch release.

Each new update is announced on the official Fortnite Status Twitter account, and that’s no different with the release of the 3.81 (v23.40) patch.

Epic has announced that the Fortnite servers will go down for scheduled maintenance at 4 AM ET with matchmaking being disabled shortly before.

Here’s the tweet:

Fortnite 23.40 Server Downtime Are the Servers Down Feb 14 2023

As with any Fortnite update, Epic never releases information regarding when the servers will be back up. Based on the last few patch releases, we’re doing to assume the servers will be down for approximately two hours.

That means the servers should be back online at roughly 6 AM ET / 11 AM GMT. We’ll update this when the servers are officially back online.

v23.40 (3.81) Update Download File Size

Players usually look to see how large or small the latest Fortnite update download file size is. As soon as the information is available, we’ll update this with the download size on each platform.

Successfully Logged Out Fortnite Login Error – Keep Logging Out

Players are reporting login issues on Fortnite with many seeing the “successfully logged out” message on the loading screen on January 18th, 2023.

It’s been over a month since Epic Games released their last major Fortnite update. The last patch, v23.10, introduced the Christmas Winterfest event as well as some collaborations.

Since that update, we’ve only had a couple of minor content updates along with an update last week that didn’t include anything new to the game but fixed and reenabled the Shockwave Hammer.

Players were expecting the new update, v23.20, to be released on Tuesday. However, there was no announcement for the 23.20 release yesterday.

v23.20 introduces the Falcon Scout item that allows players to control a mechanical falcon to pick up loot, mark opponents for you and your squad, pick up downed teammates, and more.

Fortnite Keeps Logging Me Out

There are also a number of new Reality Augments/Perks that have been added today including the Rarity Check perk that allows players to get Siphon upon eliminations with common and uncommon items.

Epic Games has just announced the next new Fortnite update releasing later today, 23.20 (3.77). Here are the early patch notes for the 18th January 2023 update.

It’s been a while since we had our last major Fortnite update. The last patch release, v23.10, was released more than a month ago.

The update introduced the 2022 Christmas Winterfest event which included the unvaulting of several winter-themed items.

Although we haven’t had a major release in some time, there has been plenty of content over the past month including the Mr. Beast challenge tournament, the release of the My Hero Academia and Giannis AAntetokounmpo collaborations, and more.

We’ve also seen the Heavy Shotgun being unvaulted in a small content update for some reason along with the release of the Guardian Shield and the first midseason drop being released.

Thankfully, we don’t have to wait long until the next major Fortnite update with Epic Games announcing that the v23.20 (3.77) patch update will be released today.

Here’s everything you need to know including what content to expect, when the servers will go down for scheduled maintenance, and more.

Fortnite Servers Downtime – Are the Servers Down on January 18, 2023?

Every major Fortnite update that’s released includes server downtime and the 23.20 (3.77) patch release is no different.

Epic Games have stated that the servers will go down for scheduled maintenance at 4 AM ET / 9 AM GMT.

Fortnite Update 3.77 v23.20 Downtime

Epic never releases any information in regard to how long the servers will be down. However, we’d expect them to be down for 2 hours meaning the Fortnite servers should be back online at roughly 6 AM ET / 11 AM GMT on January 17th, 2023.

We’ll update this when they’re officially back up.

23.30 Fortnite Download File Size

We’ll update this with the download file size of the 23.30 release for each platform as soon as it’s available.

Fortnite Update Patch Notes 3.77 – January 18th, 2023

Data miners release information in regard to what players can expect to see in terms of new content before a new release drops.

Thanks to ShiinaBR, we know some of the content to expect in the 3.77 update. A previous leak suggested a Dead Space x Fortnite collaboration would be coming soon. If correct, we should see the latest crossover in the 23.30 files.

Fortnite Update Patch Notes January 17 2023

A Rift Warden Stellan skin should be added to the files along with the Crew skin for February 2023. As usual, we’ll see the next two weeks of quests being leaked along with the Doom Slayer Midseason Drop.

We should see content being leaked for next week’s hotfix update along with some concert items and the possibility of more information on the Kid Laroi concert.

The Falcon Scout item will be added to the game I’m the 23.20 (3.77) Fortnite update.

Falcon Scout Fortnite Eagle Item

Fortnite Shockwave Hammer Removed Due to Glitch – Return Date

Players are wondering if Epic Games removed the Shockwave Hammer from Fortnite or whether it’s still in the game. Here are all of your questions answered.

It’s been over a month since Epic Games released Fortnite chapter 4 season 1. Along with a new map and new features, there were massive changes to the loot pool.

There were a number of new items added to the game in chapter 4 along with the return of items from previous seasons, the most recent being the Heavy Shotgun.

However, the most popular addition to Fortnite chapter 4 season 1 is the Shockwave hammer for multiple reasons.

The Fortnite Shockwave Hammer is a utility item that allows players to deal damage upon impact to an opponent.

The secondary fire button allows players to use the hammer to bounce off the ground into the aim with no fall damage when players return to the ground.

Players can press the button repeatedly in order to keep traveling at the expense of one charge per bounce with a total of four bounces available.

Here are the stats of the hammer for those unaware:

The item has been removed from the game at least once in the past due to an issue. Players are now wondering if the hammer is still in Fortnite. Here’s everything you need to know.

Shockwave Hammer Glitch

When there’s a glitch with an item, players take advantage in order to gain an unfair advance. There’s a glitch with the Shockwave Hammer that provides players with an infinite amount of bounces.

Did Fortnite Remove The Shockwave Hammer

Yes, Epic Games did remove the Fortnite Shockwave Hammer for Fortnite due to the glitch that’s mentioned above.

Usually, Epic doesn’t mention the issues or glitches when removing an item. This was the case with in the tweet on the Fortnite Status Twitter account announcing that the Shockwave Hammer was being removed from Fortnite temporarily.
