Fortnite players are currently experiencing two errors, sorry you are visiting our service too frequently, and sorry there was a timeout utilizing the database, most of which are being reported by Epic Games launcher users.

Epic Games just concluded the most successful season in Fortnite history; Chapter 4 Season OG.

As expected, Eminem was featured in the Big Bang live event. We also got a glimpse and three new modes that’ll be coming to the game this month.

The second part of the event featured the Lego Fortnite Open World game mode that’ll be coming to the game a week after the launch of the new season.

We then got to experience the Rocket Racing Fortnite game mode that has been leaked by data miners for the past few months.

The Eminem concert at the event gave us a look at the Festival game mode that will also be launching within the next couple of weeks.

Although the first showing concluded, Epic Games announced that there will be two more showings of the event.

The second showing begins at 5 PM ET with the third and final showing going live at 11 PM ET, half an hour before the Fortnite servers go down officially for the launch of the new chapter.

However, players have been reporting several issues with Fortnite since the live event playlist went live including the sorry you are visiting too frequently and the timeout utilizing the database errors.

Sorry You Are Visiting Our Service Too Frequently Fortnite Epic Games Error Fix – 2nd/3rd December 2023

One of the most common error messages players are experiencing today is the “sorry you are visiting our service too frequently” on the Epic Games launcher.

This has led many to fear they might be banned or have a temporary block from logging into or playing Fortnite.

However, the sorry you are visiting our service frequently error message is happening as there are issues with the Fortnite servers.

There is no fix to get around or bypass this error message. Players will have to wait until Epic Games has resolved the issue.

The Sorry there was a timeout utilizing the database Epic Games launcher error message is similar to the issue above.

This error message is appearing due to an issue with the Epic Games and Fortnite servers.

There’s no fix or way around the sorry there was a timeout utilizing the database error message, and players will just need to wait for the server issues to be resolved.

Is Fortnite Severs Down Right Now? When Can We Play Again Today – 2/3 December 2023

Players are wondering why the Fortnite servers are down right now and when they will be back up again.

Fortnite Chapter 4: Season OG concluded recently with the Big Bang live event that featured Eminem, Lego, and a race and music game mode preview.

The event started with similar events occurring to what happened in Chapter 1 Season X event. The rocket that reappeared at Dusty Divot along with the comet was sucked into a rift.

The rocket then hit the zero point at Loot Lake in the same way it did in the Season X Black Hole live event. The map was sucked into the zero point and players then flew around the new Lego open-world game mode that’ll be launching in a few days.

Players then got to experience the previously leaked racing game mode that’ll feature rocket league-looking vehicles.

The event concluded with the Eminem concert which again previewed another upcoming game mode similar to Guitar Hero where players need to hit the right guitar chords on time.

The event quickly concluded, and players are now waiting for the new season to launch.

However, there have been queue issues with a large number of players missing the live event. However, Epic has stated there will be two more showings of the event.

The second showing will take place at 5 PM ET and the third will take place at 11 PM ET.

As most avid Fortnite players would have already seen, the Battle Pass for Chapter 5 Season 1: Underground was leaked early. Earlier today, the trailer for the new season was also leaked.

That led to Epic Games posting the trailer earlier than they would have wanted due to the trailer showing a number of new features coming to the game.

Although we already knew what was coming thanks to all the leaks we’ve had over the previous few weeks, Epic have confirmed most of them.

A train will feature on the new map and a capture the train mode will be available. That section of the trailer also features a shield that can be used on the go.

After almost three years after initially being leaked, mods have also been confirmed with iron sights, mags, and barrel mods being teased.

Changes to movement are also coming with the launch of Chapter 5 including wall clambering. Players can also jump over obstacles and windows much more easily than previously.

A Grapple blade will also be part of the loot pool for the new season. It’ll act similarly to the grapple gun but will also have the ability to deal damage to players in combat.

Here’s the full trailer for those that haven’t seen it yet:

Although we have all that to look forward to, players are wondering why the Fortnite servers are down right now on 2 December 2023 and when they will be back online.

Here’s everything we know about the Fortnite servers and their current status on December 2nd, 2023.

Are Fortnite Servers Down Right Now? (12/2/23) 2nd/3rd December 2023

The Fortnite servers are currently down on 2nd December 2023 / 3rd December 2023.

After the live event, the game has been inaccessible with players stuck in an hour-and-a-half queue. Even when reaching the end of the queue time, players will then see a message stating there’s an error with the Fortnite servers.

When Will the Fortnite Servers Be Back Up?

With Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1: Underground launching on December 3, 2023, we know that the Fortnite servers will be back online on 3rd December.

However, with Fortnite servers officially going offline at 11:30 PM EST after the final showing of the live event, it’s unlikely they’ll be back up any time soon.

However, with two more show times for the live event, there’s a chance players can access the lobby and log in to witness the event at 5 PM ET and 11 PM ET.

Aside from that, It’s likely the Fortnite servers won’t be back up until roughly 7 AM EST on December 3rd.

We’ll update you on the current server status below.

Fortnite Why Am I Waiting in Queue Today? Party Chat Not Working – 2 December 2023

Players are having to wait in a queue today (2nd December 2023) when trying to log in to Fortnite along with party chat not working properly.

After hitting new records with the launch of Fortnite Season OG, it’s finally coming to an end. Chapter 4 will conclude with the OG map being removed from the game with the conclusion of the live event.

This week, Fortnite fans broke another record with 100 million players logging in to play the OG season in November.

FN Record November

The return of the OG map has done so well that Epic Games has decided to bring back the OG map in 2024.

There’s no confirmed date it’ll return, but it’s unlikely to return in the first season of Chapter 5 with Epic likely wanting players to experience everything the new map has to offer.

We’ve already seen what Chapter 5 has to offer with the trailer already released on Fortnite’s YouTube channel.

Players can expect Lamborghini cars, modifications to items, a train traveling around the map, a new grappler, a shield you can use as cover, wall clambering, and more.

Here’s the full trailer if you haven’t seen it already.

Although there’s much to look forward to, players are having issues with the game.

Players are reporting waiting in a queue to log in to Fortnite today along with party chat not working. Here’s what we know.

Waiting in Fortnite Queue Today – December 2, 2023

Why does Fortnite say waiting in a queue?

When Epic is experiencing a high volume of players trying to log in to Fortnite at the same time, they usually deploy a queue that players will need to wait in.

We’ve seen Epic Games deploy a queue to fix any server stability issue for players who are lucky enough to log in and play the game.

Today, the Fortnite waiting-in queue issue is caused by the number of players trying to log in to experience the Big Bang live event that’ll feature Eminem.

Waiting in Queue Fortnite Today December 2 2023

Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do to jump the waiting in queue sign. Some players are reporting a queue time of more than 30 minutes, whilst others are reporting 20 or less.

We wouldn’t advise restarting your game as you’ll need to rejoin the queue and will likely have to wait even longer and likely miss the live event.

Fortnite Party Voice Chat Not Working

There have been numerous issues with Fortnite’s party voice chat feature not working for the past week.

Like the queue issue above, there’s nothing players can do to resolve the party chat not working. However, with chapter 5 launching tomorrow, there should be a fix deployed my Epic to address the issue.

Fortnite Chapter 5 Underground Battle Pass Skins Leaked – Peter Griffin, Solid Snake

The Fortnite Chapter 5: Season 1 Underground Battle Pass skins have been leaked early with both Peter Griffin and Solid Snake entering the world of Fortnite.

We’re just a day away from the first Fortnite live event in some time. Epic mentioned that costs are one of the reasons why they’ve scaled back on live events over the last couple of years.

There were leaks that we’d be getting an event similar to the Chapter 1 Big Bang event. When the last major patch update was released, data miners confirmed event files had been added to the game.

Epic then confirmed the OG season of Fortnite would end with a live event, and later released a blog post for the Bing Bang event.

The Big Bang Fortnite Live Event 2 December

We thought we wouldn’t know anything about Chapter 5 Season 1 until the event concluded. However, leaks have provided us with our first look at the Battle Pass for the new season.

In the past, we’ve had PlayStation, Nintendo, and Xbox leak the upcoming Battle Pass a couple of days before the new season goes live. This time, it was Xbox once again leaking new content early.

We now know the new season of Fortnite is called “Underground” and we know Peter Griffin and Snake will be in the Battle Pass. Here’s a look at all of the Battle Pass skins.

Fortnite Peter Griffin Chapter 5 Battle Pass Skin

There have been hints of a Peter Griffin Fortnite skin for at least a year. Data miners found files that suggested Epic were working on a Peter Griffin Fortnite skin but they assumed it had been scrapped.

However, with the new leak, we know Peter Griffin will be entering the world of Fortnite as a Chapter 5 Season 1 Underground Battle Pass skin.

Here’s a look a the skin.

Peter Griffin Fortnite Chapter 5 Battle Pass Skin

We don’t know any further details of the Peter Griffing Fortnite skin such as the level it’ll be unlockable or whether there are any other styles. We’ll likely know more during downtime for the new chapter.

Solid Snake FortniteSkin

One of the leaks many didn’t see coming was the addition of Solid Snake from Metal Gear Solid making his way into the Fortnite metaverse.

Although the quality of the leaked Battle Pass isn’t amazing, you can see the skin is Solid Snake from the Metal Gear Solid game series.

Again, there’s no information as to what level the Solid Snake Fortnite skin will be available to unlock or whether it’ll be the not-so-secret skin for the Battle Pass.

Fortnite Black Friday 2023 Sales Deals – Are There Any V Bucks Discounts

Fortnite players are wondering whether there are any Fortnite Black Friday 2023 deals including for V-Bucks.

Black Friday is upon us which means everyone is looking to get their hands on the best deal possible be it the latest tech gadget or in this case, cheaper V Bucks.

Fortnite players haven’t been treated to many Black Friday deals in the past, and they’re usually not the best deals around.

Last year, Epic Games decided it was best not to have any Black Friday discounts in the Fortnite item shop. However, there were a couple of deals available in-game during 2020 and 2021.

In 2021, players could get their hands on the Darkfire bundle for less than half the price. The original price of the bundle was £24.99/$29.99 but was available for £10.99.

Although there were no official deals last year, there were a couple of third-party sellers that sold codes to unlock bundles cheaper than directly purchasing them from the Fortnite item shop.

For example, the Magma Masters set was available for half the price and the Minty Legends pack was available for less than half the price available through the official shop.

Fortnite Black Friday 2023 Sale Deals

Players looking to get their hands on some new cosmetics from the official item shop with some Black Friday deals in 2023 will be disappointed as there are no deals available.

However, players can find discounts on bundles on the likes of CD Keys and Amazon for specific bundles.

Fortnite Anime Legends Pack

The Fortnite Anime Legends Pack is available for 50% on Amazon for the Xbox Series X over here.

The Minty Legends Pack is once again on discount at Walmart with $5 off on the Xbox Series X version and the same for the PS4 version found here.

Are there any Fortnite V Bucks Black Friday 2023 Deals?

Unfortunately, it looks like there aren’t any Black Friday 2023 deals for Fortnite V Bucks anywhere.

In previous years, some packs that included V-Bucks were available for more than 70% of their retail price. However, that isn’t the case this year.

Storm Flip Fortnite Item Returns – What Does it Do?

The Jetpack and the Storm Flip items have also made their way back into the game with today’s new release.

The storm Flip is thrown at a surface and will produce a different effect based on whether it’s thrown in or out of the Fortnite Battle Royale storm.

If it’s thrown when a player is in the storm, it’ll create a large storm that will remove all storm damage to whoever is in the radius of the sphere that’s created. It’ll last for 20 seconds before wearing off.

What Does Storm Flip Do in Fortnite

If a player is within the circle and throws the Storm Flip Fortnite item, it will create a large sphere that’ll deal the same damage as the current phase of the storm to the players within the sphere.

The Baller vehicle has also finally made its way back into Fortnite. Although it was first introduced in season 8, Epic decided it was best to add the vehicle back towards the end of the Fortnite OG season.

Fortnite OG v27.11 (4.07) Update – Server Downtime, Patch Notes, Loot Pool, Map Changes – 21 November 2023

Epic Games has announced the next new Fortnite update for the OG season, v27.11 (4.07).  Here’s everything you need to know including scheduled server downtime, early patch notes, and more.

Last week, Epic Games released the first major Fortnite update for the Chapter 4 OG season, v27.10.

The update included some new cosmetics being added to the files along with map changes to the Chapter 1 Season 7 & 8 map as well as loot pool changes.

We knew before the season started that we would only be getting two new Fortnite updates in the OG season and with one update already released, there’s only one remaining.

The Fortnite OG season is expected to end in just under two weeks, and it looks like the next and final Fortnite OG update is coming sooner than many expected.

Epic Games announced on Twitter through the Fortnite Status account that the v27.11 (4.07) update will be released today, 21 November 2023, just a few days after the last release.

As expected, Epic has provided information regarding the scheduled downtime for the latest release, and we already have the early patch notes from the patch notes when the season launched.

Here’s everything you need to know about the v27.11 (4.07) Fortnite update.

Update File Download Size

Today’s v27.11 release isn’t a hotfix update. That means players will need to download the release in order to play the game.

Once the update is pushed live across all platforms, we’ll update the section below with the downloadable file size for the 4.07 update.

PC:
PS5:
PS4
Xbox Series X|S:
Xbox One:
Nintendo Switch:
Android:

Be sure to check back later if you want to see the download size for the latest update.

Fortnite 27.11 (4.07) OG Update Season 9 & X Patch Notes – November 21 2023 (11/21/23)

When Fortnite OG was released a few weeks ago, Epic Games provided players with an insight into what they could expect to see throughout the month-long season.

The patch notes that were released provided information in regards to the loot pool and map changes Epic will release as well as the dates these updates would be available.

Thanks to that post, we know what we can expect to see with the release of the v27.11 (4.07) patch update today.

Map Changes

It’s important to note that the below changes will not go live in-game until November 23rd.

Today’s release will see the return of the Season 9 and Season X map. However, Epic didn’t confirm or outline any of the changes coming with the return to the season 9 map in the patch notes.

We do know the comment will reappear on the map but apart from that, we’re not sure what other map changes the v27.11 update will bring.

Fortnite Map Changes v27.11 4.07 Season 9 X

Loot Pool Changes

Similar to the map changes, the loot pool changes for Season 9 & Season X will not go live until Thursday, 23rd November.

One of the best parts of the current season is the weekly changes to the loot pool, keeping things fresh and interesting with the constant cycle of item changes.

Thanks to the patch notes released at the start of the season, we know that the Heavy Sniper Rifle, Proximity Grenade Launcher, Air Strike, and Junk Rift will all be making a return.

4.07 Fortnite Loot Pool Changes Season 9 & X

The Storm Flip and Jetpack will also be returning.

Although originally introduced in season 8, Epic Games will be adding The Baller to the map on Thursday.

Players have been waiting for the return of The Baller since the new season was released, and they’ll have just over a week to use the popular vehicle.

The Baller Return to Fortnite

With this being the final update of the season, we should see the remaining end-of-season event files being added to the game.

It’s likely data miners will leak parts of the event including what’s likely going to happen during the event.

Fortnite Scheduled Server Downtime Right Now and When Will They Be Back Up Today – 21 November 2023

When Epic releases a new major Fortnite update, they need to take the servers offline for scheduled maintenance.

Today’s 4.07 update is not different with Epic confirming the Fortnite servers will be offline today, 21st November 2023.

The Fortnite servers will go down today at 4 AM ET / 9 AM GMT / 10 AM CET on 21 November 2023.

Here’s the official tweet from the Fortnite Status account announcing the scheduled server downtime for 11/21/23:

Fortnite Server Downtime Right Now 21 November 2023

Epic has stated how long the Fortnite servers will be down for and when they’ll be back up, but based on previous patch releases, we’d expect them to be down for roughly two hours.

That means the servers should be back online at roughly 6 AM ET / 11 AM GMT / 12 PM CET.

We’ll update this section of the article when the servers are officially back online.
