Fortnite has announced 'Party Worlds' as the latest form of experiences through Creative Mode.
"We’d like to introduce you to the new Party Worlds experiences. These are experiences that are designed as places for players to hang out, play fun mini-games, and make new friends."
The Party Worlds are a type of Creative map that allows players to simply "hang out" and play fun mini-games, similarly to Epic's own Party Royale mode.
Epic has also collaborated with two Creative map builders, allowing them to build the first examples of Party Worlds.

Here is what the new Skins for the Fortnite x Jordan collaboration looks like and when they will be released in the Item Shop.
Epic Games have partnered with many different companies in order to bring exclusive cosmetics to Fortnite and these collaborations include many different music artists, designers and more. With most collaborations, there are new cosmetics added and some challenges where upon completion, you can earn some free cosmetics.
Fortnite x Jordan Collaboration
In Chapter 1, Season 9 of Fortnite, Epic have partnered up with Michael Jordan. When it was first rumoured that Michael Jordan would be collaborating with Fortnite, a lot of players thought there would be a Michael Jordan skin, however the partnership was based on his show company. There were two Skins that were available for players to purchase called Clutch and Grind which both had four styles:
Default style (grey)
Pink
Yellow
Red
Fortnite x Jordan – Air 11 Jordan New Skins
Fortnite are collaborating with Jordan again in order to celebrate the return of the Air Jordan 11 Cool Grey and there are two new Skins you will be able to purchase, which can be seen in the image below:
Fortnite x Jordan Skins
As you can see, there are three different styles you can unlock for the Skins, all of which are in the same colour scheme of the Air 11 Jordans in Cool Grey. You can get the Hangtime Skin which comes with the Playmaker and NVP styles. The other skin is called Swish Skin which comes with the Crossover and Downtown styles. The Back Bling for the Skins is called Air Jordan 2 Cool Grey.
If you look at the Skins though, you will realise that it is a reskin of two previous Skins, Marius and Ruby. Marius is an Uncommon Skin that was released in Chapter 2, Season 6 of Fortnite and has a black and white style. Ruby is a Rare Skin that was first introduced in Season X but there are other Skins that have been released for this character, which are Boardwalk Ruby (Rare) and Ruby Shadows (Shadow).
Fortnite X Jordan Collab
There will also be a Emote in this collaboration called the Dunk Emote. These Skins and Emote will likely be available in the Item Shop as a bundle to purchase all together as well as being available to purchase separately.
Similar to last time, there is a Creative map for this collaboration and this one will be called The Jumpman Zone where you will be able to complete challenges in order to unlock a free spray:
In-game cosmetics for the new Fortnite x Jordan collaboration have been revealed through an article that was published earlier than a official announcement.
The article, which has since been removed, was published to Hypebeast and revealed the first look at the new Jordan Fortnite cosmetics. The new set will be available in the Item Shop on December 1 and appears to contain two Outfits, one Back Bling and one Emote.
Names of the cosmetics have also been revealed:
Hangtime Outfit
Swish Outfit
Air Jordan II Back Bling
Dunk Emote
According to the article, the new Outfits will include two additional variants each, which can all be seen above. Both Outfits a reused characters of pre-existing skins: Ruby and Marius. So far, the initial reaction from the community has been disappointment as reusing older Outfits isn't expected for Fortnite's collaborations.
The Fortnite x Jordans collaboration will also launch a new Creative map named 'Jumpman Zone'.
"Go on a scavenger hunt for Air Jordan 11 'Cool Grey' artifacts and complete Trickshot challenges for free rewards!"
An official announcement has yet to be made by Epic Games. We will keep you updated if more information is revealed.
