Fortnite's v18.10 introduces a new kind of Chug Splash that grants players a speed boost temporarily once used, along with health and shields. The new Chili Chug Splash works in exactly the same way as the original Chug Splash item, with the only difference being the speed it provides players who use it.

With the release of the new Chili Chug Splash item, the original Chug Splashes have now been unvaulted and can be found in-game.

All New v18.10 Fortnite Leaked Skins & Cosmetics

Here are all of the leaked Fortnite Skins and other cosmetics that have been found in the v18.10 update.

The new season of Fortnite has only just begun and Epic Games have taken away the normal weekly challenges to introduce Punchcards for different NPCs. Even though there are five different stages for each character, with each stage completed giving XP, getting XP in Season 8 seems like a grind. Imposters, a very popular LTM, also used to give a lot of XP for completing missions and winning, but even that has been changed.

There is a new update, v18.10, which is available to download now, but at the time of writing the servers are still down. However, when the update is available to download, dataminers are able to access the files and are able to leak the upcoming Fortnite Skins and other cosmetics, all of which you can see below.

Fortnite v18.10 Leaked Skins

The last live event we saw the return on Kevin the Cube, so it only makes sense we were to see a Cube inspired Skin and there is one that has been added to the v18.10 update. You can see the other Skins that have also been leaked below:

Of course there are other cosmetics that have also been found and leaked by dataminers, which you can see in the images below, starting with the leaked Back Blings that have been added:

There are two emotes that have been added in this update. You can see the featured image for these below:

New Fortnite Update Today v18.10 Patch Notes (September 28th, 2021) Server Downtime, Status & Leaks

Here’s everything we know about the new Fortnite update today, v18.10.

It’s been two weeks since the launch of Fortnite chapter 2 season 8 and we had our first update of the season last week. The v18.00 hot fix update introduced the birthday event along with Armored Walls.

Epic Games have announced that there will be a new Fortnite update today, September 28 2021, v18.10. Here’s what we know about the update so far including the new content we can expect to see, bug fixes, server downtime time and more.

Server Downtime & Status

The Fortnite Status Twitter account tweeted a few hours ago that the first major update on season 8 will be releasing on September 28th, 2021. The Fortnite servers will go down at 4 AM ET and will likely remain down for a couple of hours.

We’ll update you here when the servers are back up.

v18.10 Fortnite Update Patch Notes

In previous seasons in chapter 2, Epic Games would post what the new content would be in the update before it’s release through emails or by providing the information on Twitter. This season however, Epic have been posting official patch notes after an update goes live although they still miss out information including changes to items and weapons.

In the tweet announcing the update, Epic added “bring the head” with a spice emoji. That hints that we’ll be getting the Chug Splashes item that was leaked by data-miners from the v18.00 season launch update.

The Chug Splash heal 20 health but won’t provide any shield, they’ll multiply movement speed by 1.4 and will last a minute. Here’s a look at what they’ll look like in-game thanks to Fortnite data-miner Hypex:

Chug Splashes Fortnite

We could see a new POI introduced or see some damages to existing POI’s. There’s no official information on this, but we’ll likely know if there are any map changes during server downtime.

v18.10 Bug Fixes

  • Crash site slip streams will no long disable once hitting a certain storm circle phase.
  • Vehicles taking heavy damage when colliding with Mothership wreckage will be addressed.
  • Stoke a campfire not working will be fixed.
  • Donation boards not displaying war effort items in chosen language.

Fortnite Leaks

As with all major Fortnite updates, data-miners will leak all the new files that are added in this update. Expect new Fortnite skins, challenges, and upcoming items and weapons to get leaked.

Leak: Rideable Animals are coming to Fortnite

Leak: Rideable Animals are coming to FortniteLeaker Hypex has revealed details about Rideable Animals that will be coming to Fortnite's Battle Royale mode in the future.

It's currently unknown if these details will apply to animals that can currently be found in-game or if a new animal is in the works. It's possible a saddle item is to be coming to the game soon which will allow players to ride certain animals once the feature becomes available, however, this is just a rumour. We do know 'monsters' are coming to the game, most likely for Fortnitemares 2021, as seen in the Battle Pass trailer for this Season.

Fortnite Birthday Presents Locations – Where to Find Them & What They Do

Here’s everything you need to know about Fortnite Birthday Presents.

Epic Games officially announced the Fortnite birthday party event 2021 in the patch notes for the v18.00 hot fix update that was released this week on Tuesday. The event starts today and will end on September 28th.

The event provides players with three free cosmetics which can be obtained by complete the birthday quests. Two of the challenges require players to know where cakes are on the map and the other requires players to throw Birthday Presents.

Fortnite Birthday 2021 Challenges & Rewards
Fortnite Birthday 2021 Challenges & Rewards

Birthday presents have been in the game for a some time now, but are always removed after the birthday event concludes. Here’s everything you need to know about them including where to find them and how to throw them.

Where to find birthday presents in Fortnite

Birthday presents are legendary which means they’ll be harder to find than other rarity items. You can find and get birthday presents by opening chests or finding it as floor loot. One of the best locations to find birthday presents is one of the alien crash sites south of Believer Beach.

Present Locations in Fortnite
Present Locations in Fortnite

The reason this is a good location is due to the amount of floor loot and chest spawn locations. If you know of other locations with a bunch of chests, land there and open as many chests as you can.

Throw Birthday Presents Fortnite

If you’re lucky enough to get your hands on presents, all you need to do to throw is it have it selected and throw it like you’d throw a grenade. In order to complete the challenge, you’ll need to throw Birthday presents a total of four times.

It may take you a little longer than some of the other challenges to complete based on the rarity of the presents. Landing at locations with a lot of chests will help you complete this challenge as quickly as possible.

Good luck!

Fortnite x Monopoly Collaboration Leaked – All Back Bling Cosmetics

It looks like we’re getting a Monopoly x Fortnite collaboration soon.

The new season of Fortnite, chapter 2 season 8, launched last week on Monday, 13th September. A week into the new season, Epic Games had already announced their first collaboration of the season, Balenciaga.

The collaboration includes Balenciaga Fortnite skins and other cosmetics available to purchase in the Fortnite Item Shop along with two quests and free rewards. The quests are extremely easy to complete and can only be done in creative, and both the rewards are Balenciaga sprays.

Fortnite x Balenciaga Spray

A few days later and we now have new leaks from data-miners revealing the next collaboration, Fortnite x Monopoly. We don’t know the full details of the collaboration yet and it’ll likely remain that way until we have an official announcement from Epic. However, data-miners have leaked some items from the Monopoly Fortnite collaboration and here’s what we know so far.

Monopoly Fortnite Collaboration

We don’t know anything about the collaboration from the Epic Games insider, but data-miners have leaked a number of monopoly tokens/pieces Fortnite back blings. Here are all the Monopoly Back Blings in Fortnite:

  • Scottie Dog
  • Rubber Ducky
  • Hazel
  • T-Rex
  • Penguin
  • Racecar
  • Top Hat
  • Battleship

Based on the leak, it looks like these will be available in the item shop at some point in the future. We don’t know anything else about the collaboration until Epic Games make an official announcement. There’s a chance we’ll only get a blog post about this collaboration once the back blings are available to purchase.

Here’s a look at all of the Monopoly back blings:

Fortnite x Monopoly Back Blings

We’ll update this if there is any official information released or if data-miners provide more information. Let us know in the comments section below if you’ll be purchasing the back blings. We’re guessing they’ll be available as a pack and not individually.
